7-Eleven: Rewards & Shopping App Reviews

Doesnt work!!! Forces a sign in screen that refreshes every second. Cant use it now. Couldnt get credit got the big gulp I purchased this morning!!!

The 7-Eleven at my house has a broken cashier box, and basically the only way to use it is by going inside the store and purchasing a code. It will be great to add the option to buy car wash codes for our better/faster convenience.

App only crashes since latest update, worked well before

Previous versions at least worked. This update doesnt even install (latest iOS on iPhone 6)

7-11 should incorporate a payment method with the barcode so that you dont have to switch apps or pull your wallet out.

Worked long enough for me to get my first free cup after buying 6; then it comes the second time around where Im trying to earn another free cup and when my barcode is scanned, I dont get my points. I logged off & signed back in, refreshed the app, deleted and reinstalled the app and still no points for the last two drinks I bought. Very upsetting. Dont know what happened to make it stop working.

The bar code doesnt come up when you need to scan it. Making you miss out on free deals. This app is some timey. Update: reward punches still not being credited properly

It was a great app, but it no longer works. It doesnt even let me sign in or make a new account!

I used to love this app. Now it doesnt work at all. It wont even finish updating. It was so much better before this last update. Please fix it. If not youre going to lose a lot of people that use this app.

Do I even have to give it a star!!?? The app never works. Can not log in EVER!! What a waste!

Scans only occasionally. Sometimes works. Sometimes doesnt. Has a tendency not to give the free credit until after you have left the store and then you cant get it.

Recently Ive been able to use the app with absolutely no interruptions in service. There seems to be a lot of great promotions that are updated fairly frequently. I only wish that it was easier to register for the app, it takes a while to register. Its so convenient to use my Facebook login as a form of registration I wish I could have used it with this app.

Works few time and then doesnt work.. Been updating for weeks now..

Works well and Ive gotten a few free coffees.

I like the old version better because when I bought multiple cups for me my wife my kids I would get stars for every cup now I only get one star for every transaction still good though for free drinks if you shop enough

I love the previous version! This new version make my stars disappear is I mistakenly touch the stars. This is ridiculous!

The app is pretty good, I have gotten a few free slurped from it. But the coupons need to rotate after a while. There are currently only 3 coupons and they have been there for so long. And not only have they been there for so long, the 3 available coupons are only good for stuff you would usually never buy.

I had 5 punches. I got the email that said "Youve just leaped closer to a free cup". This was supposed to give me 1 punch. Instead all my punches are gone. Waste of time because my punches always vanish.

Its a good idea but its really annoying that you get a star buy a purchase, not how many drinks you buy. Its also very glitchy, you tap on stars and they disappear, or just today we were suppose to get a free star for leap year and I had six, it was suppose to be 7 and a free drink but all my stars disappeared instead. I have to start all over again.

7-11 got cheap and took away multiple stars for a single transaction. Im switching to AM/PM slurpees till they change back
