7-Eleven: Rewards & Shopping App Reviews

I downloaded this app because I was sitting in my car and wanted to find a nearby store. Unfortunately you cant even use the store finder without an account. Theres no way Im wasting my time setting up an account and giving you my information just to find your store. You should be thankful I want to go to your store at all but instead you seem to think I owe you something for the luxury of finding a store so I can spend money at it. Ill go somewhere else thanks.

I love the 7/11 app and that I can earn free slurpees but I dont understand the need for "the belly" key fob. Adjust the appy for belly, and offer the fobs for people not interested in the app.

Ive bought 3 slurpee, scanned my phone and I still have 5 cups to go

If buying more than one slurpee youll have to do multiple transactions. Bought 4 slurpees and tells me I still have 6 to go. Something wrong with that.

Never updates my scans even though I use the app every time I get coffee. Makes you think youre using up phone apace and data use for something coming back to the customer. ...but no. Just a faulty app. And deals are only per participating 711. So it doesnt even inform you for all, your local stores, ..or anything :/

Does what I hoped. Really just wanted the wallet pass to scan so it served its function.

I must say that you increasing phone brightness is a lousy attempt to promote your apps content. It is annoying, uncool and hurts my eyes. Please have us control the phone brightness.

Scans dont register and the support is not helpful. not worth the hassle of getting my phone out at the register if it doesnt work.

Love to get a free coffee every Sunday

Picture this … you are in line at 7-Eleven and you just want to get your soda or coffee. First you fumble for your phone, get the icon, watch the cashier struggle to scan it because the scanner doesn’t seem to work. But then you have to put the phone away, get out your wallet, pay and either wait for the approval or perhaps get change. It may seem straight forward, but you are likely taking about 3-4 times longer using this app than it would if you just paid for the drink. The people behind you are annoyed and you are feeling embarrassed. The result is likely that you think twice about going back or using the card. Honestly, I love the concept. Just not the execution. Add payments to this and it is all done in a quick an easy single transaction. I would even rather it was a prepaid amount than to have to fumble all around like this. And trust me, I do it all the time. And I also here “and that is really worth the free drink??”

Upgraded the app, but it wont install. Tried to delete it and reinstall it, but its just frozen in place even after I confirm its deletion. This has never happened with any other app, ever.

New update today and the app is no good. I cant even delete it. This app was great until today.

I had trouble with the update too, but it is fixed. Be sure to use at the store because the free drinks are cool!

Downloaded the new update and now it wont finish installing the app. Tried reinstalling multiple times but still fails

Pretty stoked about the passbook feature rollout. Lets keep rocking on to Apple Pay!

I do like the app the cashier said I cant use it here in Albuquerque, New Mexico & its only for corporate only & only 711 staff USE ONLY

Ever since the January 5th update the app doesnt work. It opens and flashes directly to an apple restart screen. Fix this please!

This app would work a lot better if we (customers) can pay directly with the app. The idea having to "scan it" than still take out my wallet to pay is time consuming and annoying. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, etc have the payment option on their apps so maybe its a good idea to do the same.
