7-Eleven: Rewards & Shopping App Reviews

The new UI LOOKS nice, but has some kinks that needs to be worked out. The is not fully functional. The menu worked once and never again. Touched it a million times and it wont open. Store locator also saids Im 50 miles away from a 7-11. Not true. Theres one thats WALKING DISTANCE from my house--tell me again how thats 50 miles. Horrible app. Fix it!

I liked this app cause it did the job, I got my free 7th coffee and occasionally used its app only promo. Nothing fancy but that was enough. This update is terrible... Crashed my phone twice before it slowly opened up. The interface changed for no reason, its less user friendly and has less function. The only difference I can see is that instead of getting 7th cup of coffee free, now you can get any 7th drink for free which is a good idea. But the redesign was not so much a good idea.

Coolest app I have ever used. Must have been built by the best engineers in the world. I wish I could hire this app team for my projects!!!!

Would not scan in store this morning. People were lining up behind me so I told guy to forget it. What have you done?? If it aint broken, dont fix it.

Im actually a truck driver for seven eleven and many drivers at my job really value the STORE LOCATOR option as many of rely on this feature to find stores quickly ... This part of the app has a few flaws such as when u close the app out its no longer on the same screen that u were on upon reopening it .. Also the map no longer allows me to pinch and zoom .. And the ability to save or program multiple store routes would be nice although I may be asking for too much but I hope its taken into consideration .. However its still a very helpful app !

I would have given 5 stars if it had worked for me tonight. I have been using this app for the last couple months and have got 2-3 free coffees with it. Tonight in the store I was due a free coffee but the barcode wouldnt come up and it didnt work for me. I dont know if it was an update bug or if the app now requires an internet connection to work. If it does that was a horrible idea. It worked just fine before and didnt waste data.

App frequently crashes when i try to make a account

Ive tried on several occasions to redeem my free cup with many different sizes and varieties of drinks (both hot and cold) to no avail. The app is a blatant waste of yours as well as the clerks time scanning it. On a side note, the store locator is consistently more than 500 miles off of my current location making it utterly useless.

I have an older I phone it does not have iOS 7 now the app shows I have to update but cant so now I can not use it please make it open to older devices so I can once again enjoy this app

Buy six cups of coffee or soda and the 7th is free...except it registered two purchases in two weeks. Support is pointless as no one responds; in store clerks seem to hate the app as its not stable. Oh, and Id like my two free cups of Joe!

I cant update because my phone only goes to iOS6! I cant use this app now which is BS and a slap in the face to this 711 shopper. It says this version no longer supported? Why? It should still work. Thank you 711 for telling me f off we dont want your business! Support the old version to! Not all of us can get the latest new tech!

Very disappointed have been collecting my rewards for drinks and all of a sudden I need to update and as my phone is not iOS 7 I cant get rewards any more. Worked yesterday now need update that my phone can not do.

Without an account I Cant use it to locate nearest store. Dont care free drink just let me use it so I can find the nearest store. If not then I will stop going in to 7-11 when I am on the road or in a different town. Bye bye 7-11 i cant spend my money in your store if I cant find u.

Ive purchased three coffees on consecutive days and had my barcode on my iPhone scanned by the cashier each time. Only 1 of 3 have registered. At this rate Ill need to buy 21 coffees to get 1 free. What a deal.

I was excited about this until I downloaded and found it unusable. If youre looking for a loyalty rewards app that works with *any* business (including 7-Eleven), you should check out "Belly" instead.

My iPhone is not ios7 and it will not let me download the ios6 app. Please fix!!!

It went from simple to not even knowing how to use it properly
