7-Eleven: Rewards & Shopping App Reviews

Shemaahasn, this app is terrible. It doesnt even work anymore. Grateful? Grateful for what? Wasting our time and effort? The app keeps crashing on my and wont even let me update(apple problem) and even the staff there dont know how to use it.

This used to be an amazing app, but then once the new changes happened. I cant even use this app anymore I tried deleting it and then downloading it again, still didnt work. Please fix it!

I like this app. Roommate cant seem to work it but he has red hair. Also, no one has two-starred this joint? Done

The app was working great for me until it forced me to update. Now it wont work at all because I dont have iOS 7 or higher. Even though it says when I update that a version for my phone is available. Some phones cant use iOS 7 or higher as it slows the phone down. Please make this available to all iOSs!

Location services turned on and everything. Tried 5 times and the stupid app still thinks I live outside Canada or the U.S. Worthless! :(

Good concept, but everytime I want to use it I have to re-download it cause it always crashes after the first use. Desperately needs an update to fix this bug.

Cant even use the app anymore, telling me to update but I dont have ios7 (iPod 4). Useless and enjoyed using the app. If we dont have ios7 cant you at least have Curtsy and bring back the ios6 version so we can use it again?

I have an iPhone 4S and I can open this app one time and then the next time I open it it crashes on the loading screen so I have to delete it and try again.. This is ridiculous. Please fix.

App wont load after first use. Keep having to delete and reload app. Great concept however it needs to be fixed.. And punch card doesnt accurately count drinks :(

Slurpies FTW

Unlike many of the other reviewers, the app always works for me (gives me deals and tracks my coffee purchases). However, Im not sure if it is by design to make the barcode easy to scan of if its a bug but the coupon portion of the app automatically turns screen brightness all the way up. Its annoying at best and a nuisance to anyone who wants to conserve their battery. FIX IT.

I have a 7-11 right down the road. Get my gas there and buy a coffee every time. Ive had two times of having purchased 6 coffees-once the store employee gave it to me even though it wasnt scanning as I had a free one due, the last time it didnt scan or show I had purchased any, and there was no bar code to scan the one I had to buy! Today I bought another but its not showing on the punch card.

I dont have problems with the app. Its the person thats holding the scanner. I dont know if its the scanner or the person scanning. Other than that, Im good with getting free coffee. Sometimes I get free not expecting to get free. Im ok with that. Not complaining. *puts money back in pocket and quickly exits store* lol!

I love 711 but this app is completely useless. Not functional, pointless.

Previously great app Latest update does not open; it only crashes and restarts my iPhone.

I dont think this app has worked right once since Ive gotten it. Went today after I bought my 6 large cups of coffee to get my free one and lo and behold it wouldnt scan for free one. Owner finally just gave it to me after he tried scanning on numerous occasions.

I love the seven eleven app because you can get great deals in the store

While there was a learning curve for the customers and the associates this app works great on both the drink rewards and picking up the other coupons when checking out.

I just want to use this app to be able to find 7-Elevens while traveling. I shouldnt have to sign in to be able to do that so I deleted it

This update is awesome! Love the minimalistic update and how the member barcode is front and center on a home screen. 7-Eleven is definitely on the right path. The best feature is that it now includes rewards for my Slurpee addiction! It even animates when youve earned your free reward to get your attention. Woohoo!!
