I dont understand the hate, this app works fine, and you get free drinks. Worth the download.

This update destroyed the App! Because I use an older IPhone the app wont work! I was going to 7-11 because if the app and now I wont even go in. Its a waste of time. They should of thought about all of there customers. They lost at least one now who knows how many this affects

Cant make it work, continually trying to open it, but I cannot. I really want it!

Whenever I try to scan my code the cashier always says its too late and wont give me credit for getting drinks. Pretty much useless for that.

Why does the app only work on iOS 7? I liked the app before the update and now I have to delete it. Rude.

I used this app to get free drink. Every time I buy a drink, the cashier scan the bar code.It doesnt show up right away, but after I open the app again the stars are there! Does what it supposed to do!

I had this app when it first came out then I took it off my phone because I couldnt get it to scan. I go to your store each morning to get coffee so I downloaded it again it keep saying I put my email in information and it will not let me in

For the most part, if you are having issues, it is user error... It works perfect for me. Sometimes you need to reset the app before your loyalty bar updates (on iPhone double click home button, swipe the app up, and then open it back up). Its not rocket science...

Ive lost my free 7th cup twice now. The barcode gets scanned and it erases my six punches leaving me to pay and start my six punches over again. I might as well not even have the app.

I have an iPhone 4 that still works perfectly but cannot run iOS 7. 7-11 wants me to upgrade their app because my version of it is "no longer supported" but they made it for iOS 7 and up. Consequently I am deleting the app and have no longer any incentives to go to 7-11 and spend money there.

Slow app and nothing much on it, would be great if it were on Passbook where my other things are. Im ditching the Belly app since this one offers a better deal for free drinks.

I use this app several times a week. The newest version is better, doesnt hang up and loads quicker.

After purchasing 6 drinks I got a popup saying I earned a free drink. The next time I went in I got 3 drinks and had them scan the app. After leaving I saw I had purchased all 3 drinks instead of 1 being free. The star counter showed 3 stars from the purchase. There is nothing in the app that I can find to redeem the free drink. The employees were under the same impression I was... that just scanning the app would allow me to redeem the free drink. They looked through my app and couldnt find a redeem option either. As of now I cant redeem the free 7th drink so the app is pointless. After the 6th purchase I get the popup saying I earned a free cup and then the counter resets to 0 stars. Disappointing.

Works less than 50% of the time and when it works is a big pain!!!!

I have been using the 711 app it is convenient to find locations. The free cup of coffee every few days isnt enough to make me keep coming back but its nice. This new version wont load on my phone since I do not use version 7.0 operating system. I dont come here to get the free cup of coffee but I will avoid the place since I cant and everyone else can. Besides I like the new bigger refill cup from Dunkin Donuts.

App only worked when initially downloaded, will not open anymore. Do not waste your time.

I love the app so much! Sweet deals. Loved when chicken was the photo for a deal on loose candy. Always a good time. I miss sherman, though.
