App Never Works and Dirty Hands

The bar code never scans properly at any store. Takes a couple of times but not before the store clerk who is handling dirty money and cleaning counter with dirty rag grabs my phone so scan gets it. 7-11 corporate office--- Please have cashiers take scanner out of holster. Its disgusting someone else grabbing my phone. Wawa and Dunkin donuts train their people dont touch other peoples phone why cant 7-11?
