Really great store but the oven has been down for almost a week - hope it gets fixed soon!

The staff and extremely kind and the store is always clean and organized! They have everything other stores do not! My go to store!

I shop at 7-11 often since its just around the corner and just this year I started using the app. If i knew all the perks available and cheaper prices you can get when using the app (plus points) i would of downloaded it sooner!

Great environment with customer service

I had this app on my Android for 2 yrs !! After going to the store daily I had so many points that I couldn’t use for some reason. I have an Apple device now and under T mobile have all kinds of rewards to claim. After losing in past I uninstalled re installed! Still no luck at all keeps saying contact support and still I get no response to the issue. Y’all need to fix the problem asap

Not one flavor of fresh coffee

All the employees were helpful and friendly. They all acknowledged us when we came in and made sure we found what we wanted. Great customer service and great selections in the store.

Big Gulp fans and users of the Buy 6, Get the 7th Free promo should just forget this app exists. The app doesn’t update the punchcard and you’ll have no idea when you’ll get your free drink. This app is actively discouraging you from participating in this giveaway & does you no favors.

Constant error when trying to submit payment and over an hour wait trying to connect to support. Hilariously poor experience.

This app is terrible. They don't provide immediate credit, even when it's their fault. They'll cancel your order entirely. There are rarely drivers available, and if there are, they’re often third-party, who may cancel after picking up your item.

Large Order, Everything was in the Order, and it arrived quickly!

The flows to redeem are clunky, and they expired all my 70k points. I tried to use it today but after tapping the wrong thing, it forced me through a garbage tutorial that I just closed the app and left. Focus on fast and convenience, not spam and stupid “fancy” UI garbage. Don’t expire customers that gave a LOT of business over the year.

Like the title says, the app has a cool feature to scan and pay for your items. It’s called mobile checkout. After scanning over $30 of items and paying for the items with mobile checkout, I took my items to the cashier to verify my mobile checkout. The cashier informed me that his store did not accept mobile checkout even though the app listed the store on the mobile checkout receipt. He made me pay for the items with my debit card if I wanted the items. I did. I initiated a refund within the app and have talked to customer service numerous times. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received the refund. Use the app with caution.

this app isnt letting me make an account no matter how hard i try i redownloaded, updated and everything nothing is loading!

can’t register without a mobile number. no thanks. plenty of other convenience stores do rewards without giving out a cell phone number.

I rarely write reviews; however, it’s disheartening that in order to grab a cup of coffee you have to step over trash…this is anytime of the day. My question is, “if you were proprietors in Highland Park or South Lake would your parking lot look like the city landfill” Just a note, communities of color deserve your best too!

Everyone at the stores i frequent are just good hard working people and always treat me with the upmost respect. Both stores I visit on Francis Lewis Blvd by the Long Island expressway and by my Job in Garden city park . Both these stores are wonderful

The worst thing is pulling up to my neighborhood 7/11 for a slush and a taco and it's now a Texaco with horrible service and insane pricing.......the absolute WORST!!!!

I buy coffee daily and haven’t gotten one free cup since last summer.

I’m a mother of four daughters and one is one ! I love the ease of pay for my gas from my car and even seeing that it’s filling up how many gallons etc. the perks are amazing as well. Thanks 7/11 !

Reached out to 7Eleven multiple times with no resolution. You can’t use Apple Pay to make purchases and you can’t use the actual card number. The system won’t even, let you load the 7Eleven wallet.

I love being able to lock my fuel price so I can get the lowest price when I need gas. Even better is being able to use the app to pay for fuel and anything else I need. It’s the only place o go for gas now.

Shoutout to 7-Eleven staying ahead of the times and adapting, platform is very user friendly and provides great savings for loyalty.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled and the app does not load up. It stays on a white screen showing the 7 Eleven logo.

Great coffee

You guys offer ways to earn extra points, but when you do the verifications, it doesn’t add the points or maybe it takes an extended period of time for them to be added to your account but I don’t like that. Everything else is pretty cool.

Constantly getting ads and rewards but when I try and redeem them they never work not once have I been able to use the T-Mobile Tuesday reward

Right now at 7-11 don’t bother getting a refill if you have the app because you can get a big gulp and pour it into your own cup for less than what it cost to fill your cup. Wasteful 7-11. Disappointed in y’all right now!

Kinda garbage, half baked dev that is super glitchy.

After updating I’ve uninstalled and re-downloaded the app many times and I keep getting a pop-up errors every time I open the app and try to login.

I was signed into the App for about a year. Suddenly about four months ago I was signed off without my knowledge. I attempted to sign back several times with my phone no. and requested a short code via SMS but never received it showing it did not recognize my phone no. I called Customer Service twice and was advised the problem was on my end with my IP or Bank. I contacted both of them and was advised that they do it block short codes. I contacted 7-11 again and spoke to a supervisor who was just as dumb as the two previous reps. I tried to sign in several times since then with no success. I cannot enter my phone no. nor receive a code. I have only been able to access the registers in the stores which do recognize my phone number. That does not make sense. However, I cannot use the points accumulated in my account. This is the worst procedure I have ever encountered since I cannot access the App. Customer Service reps at 7-11 need to be trained on on handling App problems and not blame others for their internal issues! Now 6 months later I still cannot log on to the app. 7-Eleven keeps blaming my internet provider who stated they do not block short codes required to log on. This is a 7-Eleven issue they are neglecting to resolve on their end.

The app stopped working. I removed it, reinstalled and same error messages, unable to generate a code and an error has occurred. It was great until it stopped working.

The Chicken Sandwiches and Cheese Burgers are getting smaller and smaller and the price keeps going up!!!!😡😡😡😡😡 I’m gonna stop buying them!
