The coupon section is broken it says it is trade up Thursdays but it expires Dec 29 2016.

Scam do not use 7/11 app they do not care about their customers

Store #13779 13054 Chapman ave Garden grove CA 92840 4/25/25 Check Reddit, the same issue was first mentioned a year ago. Denied my items after I used scan, pay, go feature and would not give me my items or refund. All 3 employees were unaware of the scan, pay, go feature; and THE APP period. They denied to look at the app, my app wallet, scan and go feature, transaction history or receipt. 3-4 stores were barely aware of the app, but they actually knew how to READ and looked at the receipt and let me go. MAKE EMPLOYEES AWARE OF THE APP, as I am guessing franchises may not be the same as the main chain corporate 7-Eleven.

I can’t log into it, I tried using my phone number but it says it has an error for the last 5 days now

Staff always friendly and willing to serve. Greeted with smile even in the midst of deliveries and busy times!

I always seem to have a problem at the store whether or not when I get here the store is not open or there’s a sign on the door. I’ll be back in eight minutes. I just don’t get it and half the time I go there the coffee is out and I gotta wait for the guy to make me another pot and I’m like dude you have one job to do to make sure that the coffee is full when people come in

Am currently doing the free monthly trial and so far,I am very satisfied with just how much am saving on gas on my car. I’ll keep y’all updated by the end of the month to see if it’s really worth it

My 7-11 is on the corner of woodland avenue and Main Street East Islip New York 11730 and they are the best. Amazing staff that always greet you with a smile and kindness. I love it so much I’m there everyday! Even my kids love it so much they beg me to go 7-11 lol. Thank you for being the best place!

I’m not sure what’s going on. The app stopped working. I have opened it up and Loaded it again several times I hope they get it fixed .

Upgraded app, will not allow log on. Phone number and email already in use. Yes, I have an account. Only recognized as a new account.

I try to sign in it keeps asking me for my number and email I have an account already.

Trying to navigate to 7-Eleven app to find a cuppa coffee is very difficult. They want you to buy a doughnut or snacks or pizza with your drink. They bury the things you actually want so I went to Starbucks.

Why do stores have different price for a refill of extra large big gulp? It ranges from $1.49 tp $1.89.

Went to get an icy, the machine was sticky and sticky all over the floor just a mess, powered through that, and then went to put the lid on, and there was no lids And the sales associate acted as if he didn’t Care, maybe it was the language barrier🫤

Awesome employees at this location! Great Service as well. However why is the 7-11 corp reducing my 7-11 App points every month? I loose my total points every month!!

Super easy app to use.

Used to be a lot easier to pay for gas. Now it’s supposed to use location services to detect when you are at a station. Local station no longer detects. Open the app, I select the store, click pay for fuel, and it just gives me instructions to open the app when I arrive and I should be prompted. This is while I’m sitting at the pump…already at the store. I don’t use the app really for anything else but fuel. So for now, one star as that is not working as it should.

The people that work here are always so nice in the morning… and MD is super helpful. Always stocked too. I have a 7-11 right near my house in bellerose but I wait till I go to work and I get my coffee from this one in fresh meadows.

The 7-eleven wasn’t very helpful I’m guessing it was maybe too early in the morning for them but I still say that’s no EXCUSE!!

So I have all the apps that I’ve used this one save the most money gas for Paying for your back, but although sometimes when it says it’ll give you the cheapest price of fuel around sometimes it doesn’t give you the cheapest price and it still gives you a really high price even with a discount it is not working and you guys really need to fix that

Clerk did not recognize mobile checkout in the app as a valid form of payment so I had to pay twice. There is no way of getting a refund for my mobile checkout. Have submitted a ticket and it’s been months with zero reply

A terrible brand, I had the worst experience in my life in their San Diego North County store. Employees were arguing with each other and with customers, shouting in a loud voice. I would never visit a 7-eleven again… even 1 star is too much for them…

They are good people

I am unable to place an order through this app or it’s companion app 7NOW. The app continually crashes over and over again, even after uninstalling, rebooting my phone, and reinstalling, I get the same result. Additionally, I cannot actually complete an order without toggling the store and deleting and re-adding items about 10 times. Finally, at the end of the order, the order is not even sent to the correct store, make it the entire 45 minutes I spent trying to make the order a complete waste of time. Stay away!!!!!

App stopped working, Tech Support doesn’t respond, money is stuck in the wallet, can someone help?

Can’t use app at all locations to link gas to your rewards, so you might have to drive several miles out of your way just to get rewards. Not worth downloading.

This app is a total scam. Got ripped off, tried calling the number they recommended to call, it hangs up on you. Didn’t receive my refund. You can’t reach out to anyone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app.

Great experience for the store but the app is not giving me my rewards. The app won’t let me load my 7-eleven wallet. I loaded cash the other day so that I can get a car wash marked off the car wash club. It did not mark it off after my wash. I can’t get my fifth wash free. I’ve put my number in a few times like the app instructed and still no car wash club rewards. At this point, I’m about three free carwashes owed to me. I’m an Uber Eats delivery driver and I can’t take advantage of the 7-eleven rewards that will benefit my work such as keeping my car washed. Please help me fix this problem.

I have all these points and I can’t ever use them please fix my account.
